About Joseph Leta
Joseph A. Leta is a lifetime resident of the Western New York area and graduated cum laude from both the University at Buffalo Law School with a Juris Doctorate and Business School with a Masters in Business Administration.
Mr. Leta is a presently a partner at Bakshi & Leta, and has worked with Sunil Bakshi for over 11 years. Since being trained and mentored by Mr. Bakshi, he has encapsulated that unique blend of compassion, professionalism, and a results driven approach. Mr. Leta focuses on the client's real needs, quickly responds to all phone calls and will not take no for an answer. He aggressively fights for his client's rights while balancing a good relationship with the Erie and Niagara County District Attorney's Offices and the court staff of most Western New York courts.
