Bakshi & Leta is a boutique law firm originally founded by senior partner Sunil Bakshi, focusing on a general practice of law in most of the courts of Western New York, and specifically the Buffalo region, with unique expertise in DWI law and DMV regulations.
Our offices are conveniently located on Main Street in the Village of Williamsville with ample off-street parking. This saves our clients the hassle of driving to downtown Buffalo and paying for parking. Bakshi & Leta have extensive experience in all of Western New York courts.
We have had several articles on DWI-related issues and DMV regulations published by the Erie County Bar Association, advising local practitioners on the intricacies involved in DWI work and the practical lessons we have learned through our varied experience in these areas as the DWI laws continue to evolve. Most importantly, we provide real answers to the questions you have during what is often a difficult and frightening process.
Bakshi & Leta also maintain a significant practice in the area of matrimonial and family law, handling all matters related to child support, spousal support, equitable distribution, and custody matters throughout Western New York.
