Joseph Leta

Joseph A. Leta is a lifetime resident of the Western New York area who graduated cum laude from the University at Buffalo with both a Juris Doctorate from the School of Law and a Masters in Business Administration.

Mr. Leta is a partner at Bakshi & Leta and has worked alongside Sunil Bakshi for more than a decade. Trained and mentored by Mr. Bakshi, he has absorbed that same blend of compassion, professionalism, and a results-driven approach. Mr. Leta focuses on the client’s real needs, responds quickly to every phone call, and refuses to take no for an answer.

He aggressively fights for his clients’ rights while maintaining good working relationships with the Erie and Niagara County District Attorneys’ offices and the court staff of most Western New York courts.
